Executive Administrative

Tasks and requirements to be fulfilled:

1.⁠ ⁠Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support senior leaders.
2.⁠ ⁠Manage both domestic and international travel and process expense reports.
3.⁠ ⁠Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-site, and team social events).
4.⁠ ⁠Assist the EA team in fostering a cohesive and effective work environment.
5. Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants across the organization to provide support in an ongoing and ambiguous non-traditional setting.
6.⁠ ⁠Maintain 100% confidentiality in all tasks and assignments.
